I ordered online, and got a phone call the next morning that the color I had ordered was out of stock. The caller and I picked other colors, and I mentioned I was short on time for getting my bags in time to prepare them for the event. She went out of her way to get them in the mail that day, a Friday. They arrived in good time, and were perfect for the purpose. I wold definitely use fetpak again.
