My primary purchase, necklace-sized jewelry boxes for my A1 notecards, were precisely the size and color described. Fetpak was generous enough to send me 3 samples in advance at no charge, unlike the competition. Their shipping charges were reasonable, and the shipment was double boxed for needed protection. They quickly made good on a small packing error. I would definitely go to Fetpak again for recycled, made in USA, quality jewelry boxes. Shirley's a very helpful customer support voice there!
