I learned that I had received a spam email which I thought was for my Fetpak order (because the mail referenced items in my order with pictures of them). Fortunately, I called the Fetpak customer service who reviewed my email and was able to determine that it was truly SPAM. He also looked up the tracking of my order to let me know exactly where it was and when it would be delivered to me. THANK YOU!!
