I have been using Fetpak for years for my retail needs. The service is always fast and the merchandise is good quality. Since placing my first order in the early 2000's, I have only had 2 or 3 problems in all these years. Only 1 time did they not fix my problem. I understand why, and technically they are correct, but it was not fair under the unique circumstances in my opinion. That not withstanding, I still come back time and time again because the service, variety and quality they offer is really not found anywhere else and the low or free shipping is a PLUS in my book.
