Fetpak's products and prices are great! They have fast service and friendly sales people. My only complaints are: 1. They don't email me a notice of when the product has been shipped so that I can watch for it. (Our UPS delivery person doesn't ring the bell and I have found product on my porch on a Sunday that has sat there since Friday) 2. Their packers often don't use boxes that fit the product inside so they are hard to handle. I sometimes receive huge boxes that aren't even half full. The products arrive undamaged, but the boxes they come in are often torn or crumpled. They should learn to cut down the boxes to fit the product better. It would probably save them money on shipping, too!
