The order process is easy, payment is easy and the product looked pretty close to described, but 4 out of 10 inner boxes were either creased or marked. The big fall down was in getting me the product. I received an email that product was shipped on the 10th with a link to tracking...the tracking site didn't work. The product was supposed to be here in 4 days, it took 8. I contacted them after 6 days and they told me product was actually shipped on the 11th and should be there by end of day on the 18th...it was. Just be careful if you need product in a certain Time period.
