This company is very unreasonable in regards to a refund. We sent a check which was promptly cashed, so we do not qualify for a refund. They were more than willing to accept our money but not willing to return it or even a portion of it.
LET THE BUYER BEWARE unless you pay with Credit Card you will not receive a refund FOR ANY REASON.
This should be stated in BOLD AT THE TOP on their website!
