I had a hard time, it took a really long time to be able to get in online to make an order. It insisted that create a log in and then it was wrong. I should not have to log in to anything to make an order online I tried to do it as a guest. Instructions were not clear I have called many times to order what I need and that's the best way to do it. It's hard to reach a live person at certain times because of the time difference.
