The bags I ordered were not the bags received. Not only were they a different thickness than the bags advertised, their look was completely different. In the uploaded picture, the bags on the right are the bags I received. The bag on the left is the one I own and exactly like the ones they’re advertising. I ordered bags that were listed as 16 microns and received a box that stated the bags were 18 microns. I contacted the company and was asked why I would want a bag of lesser quality and proceeded to tell me 18 microns are thicker than 16, which I already knew. However, when somebody orders an advertised product they expect to receive exactly what they ordered. The advertised bags with the exact bags I currently have and despite whether them being 16 or 18 microns they were nowhere the thickness of the ones I currently have. Completely see-through and way too thin for my needs. I noticed since my email about the thickness difference, they have changed the page to reflect that they are now 18 microns. Now, if you would just change the picture of the advertised bags to the exact picture of what you’re selling. Very misleading. I have received my refund, no doubt they didn’t refund the shipping charge though.
