I ordered some items and a few days later got a email that said I needed to take extra steps to have my order processed since i was a new customer. So I took those steps ; contacted customer service , verified my info. I was told "everything is fine they will put in my order" 2 days later I got ANOTHER email saying I needed to send a picture of the front and back of my debit card and send them more personal information. I cancelled the order and very disappointed with this company. I do not intend to use them again.
