The product and shipping are always outstanding. I have been buying from Fetpak for 25 years. This experience, however, was frustrating because I tried to sign out as a guest and your site recognized my name and made me sign in...and of course, not remembering the password I had to reset it. Once I reset it, the site told me I needed a new password so again, I reset it and finally was able to order. Very frustrating. It took about 20-30 min out of a busy day.
