My daughter, is having a terrible time with fiddler & Pepper who are increasing their costs by over 50% for an easy first time property purchase. They have delayed the process by months due to hiding behind apps. They do not listen to you and only work via their electronic system. They are not Lawyers, just conveyencers. We are now months behind and in danger of loosing the property and costs spent. We are now trying to change to a real firm with real people who can sort out the mess we have been put in. Do NOT use them they are a con. Steve & Suzi.
