Mostly Good service from Field and trek. Misleading message from yodel told me my parcel had been delivered on Saturday morning when it had not. This was annoying as during the weekend I tried to find out what had happened to the parcel . There is no way to phone yodel, and my email to you was answered with a message to look at tracking. Tracking told me the parcel had been delivered., so that was no help at all. No way to contact yodel. Parcel was delivered on Monday morning, so everything ok now, but the system did not work well and I wasted time trying to find the parcel.
