I sometimes find the web site/ordering process clumsy and time consuming so give up and come back later. Overall I am reasonably pleased with the goods ( obviously as I wouldn't order again!)
This particular order the sizeing on the shoes was out but the offer was so good, I can find a home for the badly fitting ones.
