I ordered a pair of walking boots and since the difference between standard delivery and next day was only £2 I went for 'next day'. No problems at all and boots were delivered in less than 24 hrs of my ordering. Boots were exactly as described and as I wanted. Unfortunately they were too small but full details were supplied for return (although this was at my expense). I returned them the same day asking for a larger size. Field & Trek kept me fully informed at each stage - I had at least 5 emails - and replacement boots were sent to me (at their expense) within 4 days. Very confident now to deal with this company and happy with my boots!
