We have used Field & Trek for decades - since long before the Internet, and they have always offered a huge range of high quality outdoor equipment - and still do. When required, customer service is good, and delivery of ordered items is much quicker than estimated on the website. However, personal account maintenance and ordering process is less than slick with confirmation e-mails taking hours (even up to a day) to arrive - aren't these automated?
