My order was delivered very quickly, earlier than the estimate, which was excellent. However, one of the items on the order was missing. I queried this and have had to fill in forms to confirm that I am telling the truth. The process could take up to 10 days according to the website which is a lot longer than the original estimate of delivery. I would rather have waited longer for the correct order and have it delivered correctly. I am still awaiting a response from field and trek.
