Hi there, I am happy with my shopping experience Field&Trek.com; it has secured paying system and fast handling process. It also offers good-quality products with competitive price. Unfortunately, it is not the case with the courier service (DHL International, in my case). The courier had dropped off the package at the wrong address (at 2/1 Passfield Street, while mine is 2/1 Allard Street)! I didn't know about this until the senior resident of 2/1 Passfield Street came to my house and delivered the package by herself. Despite I am glad that our package has arrived safely, it is inconvenient to know that I have bothered others somehow. You may wish to convey this unhappy experience with DHL so that it will not happen again (to anyone) in future. Thanks. Cheers.
