Great service from field and trek but you were let down by your courier service as they said they attempted delivery but they couldn't have done as I was in and they also said they left a calling card and they never! When I contacted their customer service department they said that they could see from the drivers mapping system that he came close to my house but may have left the card at the wrong address! I had to collect my items from their customer service centre! Poop service from Yodel!
