The boots I bought are incredible value. To be proven once they arrive. In terms of communication, it is OTT. I have received emails from F&T and their carrier advising the same information. I have at present received 4 from each party, and am at the goods are in transit stage only. Hopefully from your organization point of view these are all automated responses. From my point of view they are irritating. Too much info. I will however remains customer. Regards. Ian
