Ordered Salomon boots. My shoe size is UK10 but ordered 10.5 to allow for socks. On delivery boots were far too small. Returned for exchange and requested 11.5. Required to pay £6 plus postage. This must be a frequent complaint as the boots were visually and obviously not size UK 10.r5
All other aspects of the transaction were fine
