Still waiting for delivery, Yodel have lost parcel, why am I not surprised!!
Cannot understand why companies who want to develop strong commerce relationships with customers use this logistics company?
Call to Field & Trek customer service was a very poor experience, gentleman who answered my call had no interest in helping me, no offer to help sort out with Yodel or an offer of replacement. I had to insist on a refund and this was finally given after much debate. I would rather had replacement but at no time was this offered !!! Will not use this company again.
