I deliberately ordered two items to save on delivery. One was cancelled so I emailed straight way to ask if I could this could be replaced with something else or cancelled til something else was available but was told I could not cancel. It would have been nice to have the option to be able decide if one wishes to wait, proceed or cancel before items. If thing are out of stock them either you should not accept order in first place or be prepared to allow people option to replace items.
My last email has been ignored
Very disappointed!
