The item of clothing I ordered, a Helly Hanson thermal vest, was delivered very quickly to the local store that I chose and the in store collection procedure was trouble free. The price I paid for the garment was extremely good, though I didn't realise at the time that I was buying second quality goods. When my wife opened the gift I noticed a flaw in the stitching, on one of the arms, almost immediately. We have taken the decision that even if the flaw does eventually work itself into a hole it can be darned, as it is an undergarment. By accepting the imperfection it means that we don't have to go through the laborious procedure of returning the vest. However, it might have been better if I had known that the incredible discount was due to the stock being seconds.
