I have no problems with the products from field and trek. They are always of good quality when the item turns up. However, I paid for next day delivery and two/three days later I still haven't received my order. This is not a problem with field and trek it is with yodel. I received a text message at 19.30 saying they were unable to gain access to my property. I was there and the gates were open. Another delivery driver said he saw a yodel van at the bottom of the drive just sat there. I was a bit annoyed as I had stayed at work to wait for them. I tried contacting yodel through the website but they always seem to be busy with other customers and my package always seems to be out for delivery. I may have to go and pick the item up which is about a fifty mile round trip, not happy. My request to field and trek is, please please please find a more reliable courier as it only seems to be yodel that have a problem delivering here.
