Two of my ordered items arrived within 2 days of ordering - much to my delight, but 1 item was missing. I would have liked to have been notified that my order was coming in 2 parcels, but as I didn't know what had happened to the 3rd item I had to contact Field & Trek to find out. They were very prompt at replying the next day and I also had an email from Yodel the next day enabling me to track the missing parcel. So .... altogether I was very pleased with the service - I just wish I has been informed at the beginning that they were coming in 2 separate parcels.
