I wonder why the click and collection point is located at the furthest possible point from the entrance, i.e. on top floor not accessible by escalator and at the back of the shop. Then the assistant who served us very politely had to go some distance to collect my parcel.
We were told on email to go to lower ground floor. When we got there we had to go three floors up!
