Prompt service however I ordered a ski jacket and ski sallopettes together. The ski jacket was cancelled by field & trek due to no stock availability (email 08.01.16 15.05) but the sallopettes were still sent desipte cancelling my order (email 08.01.16 16.40) 1 hour and 35 minutes after receiving the email to say the jacket had been canceclled. There was no telephone number to speak to a customer advisor. Email reference Reference: CAS-1886875-C8Q9Z4.
So at a cost of £4.99 to sent sallopettes that were not required and a further £2.80 to return them, I am out of pocket by £7.79. Surely a telephone call from Field & Trek to ask if the sallopettes were still required made common sense. Unless the email is followed up by Field and Trek and a reimbursement for my postage, I'd be very reluctant to order from them again or recommend.
