Service from Field&Trek was very good. We had to return items a couple of times (Berghaus sizing leaves a lot to be desired!) but couldn't fault Field&Trek in terms of speed of exchange and delivery. You do have to pay to return items though, so not ideal for footwear or other heavier items.
