well I ordered 4 things a week ago. I received confirmation of my order the next day, and within two days my money was taken from my bank account. Since then I have heard nothing, no mention of my order and no idea when its going to be delivered/ I sent a complaint to headoffice and received an email saying that my email had been received and they would respond as soon as possible, that was to days ago! so NO I am not impressed, this is a terrible service and I am considering cancelling my order and requesting my money back, something tells me however that could take even longer.
