This was the first time I bought from Field and Trek's online store. And I was pleasantly surprised that the whole experience was not that different from other UK online stores. The search worked really well and was fast with the scant information I had on the (outdoors) jacket I saw in the store (where they didn't have my size). The registration process was easy and quick. The "buy" process was also quick and smooth and they even accept PayPal (always a plus if you're worried about the security the online "places" put around your credit card). And the package with the jacket arrived one day before the estimated delivery date.
