I entered the wrong delivery address due to the confusing address auto-complete. I sent an e-mail to customer services but never received a reply. I then rang after a google search to look for a phone number that is not advertised on the website. The person told me the item had been despatched but did absolutely nothing to contact the delivery firm. The delivery firm attempted delivery to the incorrect address until I contacted them directly to re-arrange the delivery address. A truly appalling service from Field & Trek!
