To whom it may concern ,
I just wanted to say thank you especially to Christopher at customer services for helping me with replacing a pair of walking boots I bought for my son from field and trek , he had only worn them a few times and the stitching on the side had come undone therefore not making them waterproof , he helped me send them back and within a week a new pair arrived .
I have bought lots of things from field and trek and I'm very happy with them !!
