I have always been extremely impressed with the quality of goods bought from Field and Trek; visiting the Fort William store in a state of desparation having ripped my trousers with poor cramponing technique, I was equally impressed with the friendly and helpful service provided first thing in the morning, and got re-attired in no time with a great pair of threads! With the sale on, this was the last pair in stock but I got another pair on-line later.
