Ordered, paid postage £4.99, 11 days later still no parcel from yodel (their company). Emailed Field & Trek, said parcel had been despatched - no help whatsoever. Note from Royal Mail stating there was a parcel at their sorting office which could not be delivered as there was postage to pay! Had to pay another £6.40 to get my package!!! Emailed Field & Trek on my return home ........... surprise surprise, still waiting for a reply.
Will never deal with this comany again. Goods arrived after they were needed.
