No problems with ordering from Field and Trek - I guess they're part of the same group as Sports Direct and Karrimor.
I do find the shipping to be a bit expensive in this day and age, as most competitors offer free shipping. With that in mind I tend to wait until I'm after a few items before I place an order to offset the delivery charge.
On the whole happy with my purchases and would shop there again.
