Online ordering, delivery etc. good but when you offer a shoe on-line that is labelled as a particular size it's pretty important that you actually provide a shoe that is that size.
Waste of time ordering from Field and Treck online if you cannot fufil the basic requirement of meeting standard UK shoe sizes.
