The ski jacket I wanted was £25 cheaper at Go Outdoors, but they wouldn't post it and wouldn't accept cards over the phone. I assume they live in the 80s.
Field and Trek was well worth the extra money - they posted it to me the next day.
A little more info on the jacket would have been helpful as the size needed to be changed, and a free returns postage would have secured the 5th star.
Overall - the service was quick, painless and I would happily order from them again. I'm looking forward to seeing Go Outdoors in receivership.
