Field and Trek Customer Services are USELESS. F&T packaged and shipped product very quickly. However, Yodel lost the order (should have been delivered Friday latest - received by Yodel on the Tuesday by F&T - contacted Yodel who admit that there is a problem with the parcel and can't locate it) - Tried to contact F&T - this went horribly wrong - no way of talking to an actual person - only an automated email system where you have to select your reason - and then get an automated response - NO ONE actually reads your comments or cares what the issue is - just an automated system which is impossible to get around.
