Service from Field & Trek is good but let down by not stating that Merrel's sizing of it's shoes is inacccurate. I ordered a 9.5 which I usually take and have had to return that pair plus a size 10 I subsequently ordered. Am now waiting for a 10.5 size pair to arrive. Suggest you amend your shoe size guide to specifically state that you need to order larger than normal when choosing them. How about refunding me two lots of returned postage as a goodwill gesture?
