Placed an order at 6am and paid extra for next day delivery. (Article was showing as in stock) Didn't recieve confirmation of that order till gone 9pm that day and didn't recieve the goods untill two days later. This was a problem for me with logistics of being in etc. So all in all i cannot be happy with 'supply chain issues' although the product was fine. May i ask what ya were doing between 6am and 9pm to get that order out on a next day delivery? You shouldn't offer next day delivery unless you can fullfill that obligation. Or do you not view it as an obligation?
