We were very happy to find such a good value tent and able to have it delivered the next day as we needed the tent for the following day. However this was short lived. The next day it became clear that we would not recieve the tent in time. So I returned to the website to find a number to call for customer service. There was no number only an email address. I emailed only to get an email back saying I would recieve a response in 3 days. Obviously this was no help as i needed the tent that day. After searching I found out that field and trek was part of sports direct. I was then able to find a contact number for customer non service. After paying and meeting the requirements for next day delivery I was very annoyed the be told that the tent would not be delivered on time and there was nothing they could do. It was wait or have my money back. As I needed the tent the next day niether option helped. It is now 4 days later and i am still waiting for my refund which I was told would be done the same day. I am aboslutly disgusted with the lack of service.
