I read some of the reviews and was nearly put off ordering. I ordered ski boots and had emails to confirm the order and how the order was progressing during the day. The next day I received an email showing my order had been collected by the courier and to expect delivery in the next two to three days. Later that day the ski boots were delivered. Given I had only paid for standard delivery I think this was great service from supplier and courier
