My order arrived within 48 hrs. I had seen the same item for twice the price elsewhere so thought I would go with Field and Trek as they had never let me down before. I have used their gear all over the world and it certainly stands in comparison to the more Gucci gear you see people wearing whilst working abroad. Business and customer care ethics are old school, something that is sadly a rare commodity these days.
