They didn't have my size of shoe in any of the shops I visited on holiday - Lake District, Cumbria, so the shop manager personally ordered the shoes on-line for me in my size and organised for them to be delivered to my local Sports Direct store where I live - Neath, South Wales. The two companies are one and the same. The shoes were duly delivered to my local Sports Direct store within a week of me returning from holiday. I was continually kept up to date on the progress of my order by email.
