I used to buy a lot with Field and Trek, while in the UK, and also while living in the Canary Islands. And I have always been very happy with the service and the quality of the products. Then several orders got lost and I stopped ordering by mail. I now just ordered a jacket (3 in 1) (L 37,99), and the cost of transportation to the Canaries was extremely high (over L 21,-) but as I thought it was worth it I agreed. However then I was informed that DHL passed the jacket through customs and I had to pay an additional € 25,- for customs plus whatever handling costs will be applied. So now the jacket cost me more than double and I have decided to cancel it. So sorry. Hope you will find a way to deliver to Spain and Canary Islands which is not so extremely costly and you will have a happy customer in me again!
