Completely wrong order delivered, with the correct dispatch note.

Next day the order arrived.
Still no reply to my email.
The website says I have to pay to return the incorrect items. Not going to happen!
4 days later... Still no reply to my email.
Mark it up as experience. Customer service is non-existent.
