This is the second time I've ordered from field and trek. The first time my item sent missing in transit and wasn't replaced as I was told it was then out of stock. This time I went to collect and instead of putting the right item in the package someone had decided to put a completely different pair of shoes in there. I'm awaiting the correct pair to be sent out still.
I really don't think that this qualifies as very good service. Two orders made, neither successfully fulfilled. I will not be using field and trek again
