I was sent the wrong trainers which was a mistake that could be corrected but as there is no customer service phone number on your website so i had to ring a store and ask them for it, A whole day of phoning that number and being cut off every time as the automated answer phone telling me you are to busy and call back another time.
So i can sent and email via your website, 2 days later and still nothing!!!!
The worst online shopping experiences ever and i will never use field and trek again
