I requested the cancellation of my order for a Karrimor fleece last week as I wished to add additional items to the order. I was disappointed that my request was ignored. I subsequently ordered two further items (a fleece and a pair of walking trousers) and incurred an additional carriage charge, which I had hoped to avoid.
